• Platform: The Consultio website, mobile applications, and related services.
• Professional: Users who offer professional consultation services through the Platform.
• Client: Users who book and pay for professional services through the Platform.
• Services: Professional consultation services offered and delivered through the Platform.

3. Platform Services

Consultio provides a comprehensive platform that enables professionals to manage their consulting business and clients to access professional services. Our platform includes:

• Online booking and scheduling system
• Secure payment processing through Stripe
• Integrated video conferencing capabilities
• Automated email notifications and reminders
• Professional profile and service management tools

4. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use certain features of our Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By using our payment services, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Consultio does not charge any platform fees or commissions on transactions. Professionals pay only their monthly subscription fee as outlined in their plan. Clients pay service fees directly to professionals through our platform.

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.

Any disputed transactions will be handled in accordance with Stripe's dispute resolution process and our internal policies.

6. Professional Obligations

Professionals must deliver services as described in their service listings and maintain professional standards at all times.

Professionals are responsible for their own professional licensing, qualifications, and compliance with applicable professional standards and regulations.

Professionals must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction when providing services through our Platform.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to attend scheduled appointments on time and provide adequate notice for cancellations.

Clients must pay for services as agreed and in accordance with the professional's stated terms.

Clients must treat professionals with respect and professionalism during all interactions.

8. Video Conferencing and Communications

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and internet connection to participate in video conferences.

Recording of video sessions is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon by all parties and in compliance with applicable laws.

All video communications are private between the client and professional. We do not monitor, record, or store video conference content.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Consultio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain rights to any content you submit, post, or display through the Platform, but grant us a license to use, store, and share such content as necessary to provide our services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform for any illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresenting your identity or qualifications
• Sending spam, unsolicited communications, or engaging in any form of commercial exploitation
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Platform's security or functionality

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties.

In no event shall Consultio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Consultio from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process in your account settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
