1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through the Consultio platform.
2. Service Bookings Refunds
Refunds for professional services are generally handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the specific circumstances of each booking.
Eligible for Refund:
- Professional cancels the appointment with less than 24 hours notice
- Technical issues on our platform prevent the service from being delivered
- Professional fails to show up for the scheduled appointment
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Client fails to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice
- Services that have been completed as agreed
- Client cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment
3. Professional Subscription Refunds
Professional subscriptions include a trial period as specified during signup. After the trial period ends, subscriptions are non-refundable.
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current monthly billing period. You may continue to use the service until the end of your paid period.
No refunds are provided for unused portions of monthly subscriptions.
Professional subscriptions are final after the trial period and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@consultio.gr with your booking details and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter through our dispute resolution process. We are committed to finding fair solutions for all parties.
